What’s a standard installation?
It’s an installation that requires the insertion of stakes into the ground (27 or 35 inches, depending on the size of the tent). This can be done on grass, asphalt or gravel.
If we cannot make holes in the ground to anchor the marquee, are there other options?
Yes absolutely, either with water barrels or with concrete blocks depending on the size of the marquee chosen.
Is it dangerous if it is really windy?
No, our marquee installations are designed to withstand winds of up to 100 km/hour.

Do we have to set up the marquee ourselves?
No, because all marquee rentals include installation, dismantling, walls and lighting.
Do you set up the tent on the day of the event?
For weekend events, we set up on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. This gives you plenty of time to decorate the tent to your taste before your event.
Can we come pick up the equipment ourselves at the warehouse?
Yes, you can pick up your order of event equipment at our warehouse yourself to avoid the cost of delivery charges.
Is a deposit required to make a reservation?

What payment methods are available?
Debit card, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), check, direct deposit, Interac transfer, and cash.
Do we have to wash the rented tableware?
No, all you have to do is rinse the tableware, put it back in the bag and then in the crates in which they were delivered. We’ll take care of the washing-up.
Are your marquees white?
Yes, all our rental marquees are entirely white.
